Wasatch Wings Women's Hockey

Hello All - Welcome to another year of Wasatch Wings Hockey!

We are excited for this season to begin and look forward to a fun filled year of hockey. Please read the following carefully.

INDIVIDUAL MEMBER REGISTRATION (IMR - INSURANCE)
1. All players and coaches wishing to participate with the Wasatch Wings for the 2007-08 season must request a USA Hockey IMR number from the USA Hockey Website.
2. The USA Hockey IMR fee goes from Sep to Aug of each year.
3. Fees for the USA Hockey IMR for the 2007-08 season will be $36.50.
4. Once registered with USA Hockey, please print the form with the confirmation number AND bring it with you to your first skate.
5. You must pay your IMR before you will be allowed to step on the ice -- NO EXCEPTIONS.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:
The ice fees will be $300 for the year divided into two payments of $150 (due Sep, Jan). Like last year, if we receive enough sponsor money, the second half fee will be reduced based on the amount we receive. This fee must be paid prior to your second skate (practice or game).

There will be three options for fee payment.

1. Via a credit card (using Paypal - an account is not required)

2. Bring a check by the second practice or game. You must pay before you will be allowed to step on the ice.

3. Obtain a sponsor that donates at least $600 to the team. In this case your ice fees will be waived.

WASATCH WINGS REGISTRATION
All players wishing to participate with the Wasatch Wings for the 2006-07 season will be required to register via this website. The purpose for this registration with the team will:

1. Provide contact information in case we need to contact you.

2. Emails will be sent only to registered players via the website -- Beginning 1 September

3. Activates your record in the system which will allow you to signup for games and tournaments.

4. Provide a login for those areas we need to protect.

5. Provide an option to pay via credit card for all ice fees and tournaments.
